To Woolworths supermarket in Australia.... You provide your customers with compostable plastic bags to put their loose fruit and vegetables in when they shop instore themselves. These bags are there for a reason they keep fruit and vegetables fresher for longer in the fridge and get them home safely. So why won't your online shopping staff use them when they pack orders? My vegetables and fruit come stuffed with everything else in big bags things gets squashed and dirty. In the end you are doing it because your lazy and can't be bothered taking the time to put the items in bags. Don't tell me you're saving plastic because your bags are now compostable and you've boast about that. So, reverse your policy and get back to packing fruit and vegetables in separate bags.
