Snapchat, PLEASE give users the option to disable the discover page. The content on there is completely uninteresting at best and offensive at worst, to my intelligence if nothing else. Showing content that I can only opt out of through a four-step process and never opted into to begin with makes me want to delete my Snapchat account every time I see it. Even when I have tried to block and hide as many discover videos/photos and their posters as possible, there is an unending deluge of identical crap to take its place. I don't expect you to fully remove the feature, since I imagine it's an enormous revenue stream, but giving users the ability to hide that page would garner a lot of good will. Hell, if you made a secondary app called Snapchat Lite or whatever where you could only do the basic functionalities, I'd prefer that. If I have to see anything like "Gangster Granny" on my phone screen again without my express consent I think I'm gonna lose my mind. And one last thing: should you implement a "Snapchat Premium" membership I absolutely will not buy it, regardless of whether or not it allows me to hide Discover. Sorry.
