I've been trying to buy an air filter for my Boneco H300 air purifier from William Sonoma because they are the only company that ships to military APO addresses. They have two kinds of filters but every time I go to check out it says unavailable. I messaged their Facebook page and they just sent me to their 1- 800 line which is only open when during Eastern Time. I tell them this through messenger and they say, "we can't see your previous complaint"
